NYC PRIDE MARCH
Sunday, June 29th, 1:00* PM until Whenever-It-Ends!
Join the Broadway UCC Contingent as we march this year behind a brand NEW BANNER!

ALL (regardless of sexual preference) ARE WELCOME to march with
Broadway Church in support of Justice and Equality for ALL PEOPLE, and particularly the LGBT** community. Last year we had a wonderful mix of folks of all persuasions!
A special "Thanks" to our ever-faithful member Pat Crawford, who once again is organizing Broadway UCC's participation in the Pride March.

NOTE REVISED SCHEDULE:
* [Those marching at the front of parade gather by 11:30 and start marching at noon. However religious organizations are marching towards the end of the parade this year, and so gather later -- around 1:00 pm.]
[ 12:00 Noon - The Pride March officially begins ]
1:00 PM - Religious groups start to gather at 53rd Street (between Fifth and Madison Avenues.) Look for our banner!
1:30 PM - Religious groups will "step off" between 1:30-2:00 pm.
2:00 PM - A Moment of Silence for AIDS Victims (observed by all in the Pride March.)
The March then continues until everyone has reached the end of the route, which runs from Fifth Ave & 52nd to Christopher & Greenwich Sts.
NOTE: You may join or leave the march anywhere along the route.
